Day Done ("we", "us", "Platform") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through our technology marketplace connecting Clients with independent Service Providers for event-related tasks. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
Name, email, phone number, date of birth, and payment details (processed via Razorpay) when you register as a Client or Service Provider.
Task preferences, location, event details, Service Completion Confirmations, ratings, and communications between Clients and Service Providers.
IP address, device information, browser type, usage patterns, and cookies for platform functionality and analytics.
Government ID, address proof, or bank details for Service Provider verification (where required).
We collect only information necessary to operate the marketplace, facilitate Task Requests, and process vendor payouts.
To create and manage user accounts, match Clients with Service Providers, and enable communication for specific tasks.
To process payments, deduct Platform Service Fees, and disburse payouts to Service Providers as independent vendors.
To verify identities, prevent fraud, ensure platform safety, and improve services through analytics.
To send transactional notifications, service updates, or promotional communications (you may opt out).
Service Providers' limited contact details (name, phone) may be shared with Clients solely for the assigned task, and vice versa. No broader data sharing occurs without consent.
Limited data shared directly between matched Client and Service Provider for task execution.
Razorpay and banks for transaction processing (they have their own privacy policies).
With government authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety.
We do not sell or rent data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for business insights.
We implement reasonable security measures (encryption, access controls) to protect data. However, no system is completely secure.
Data is retained as needed for business/tax purposes or legal requirements, then securely deleted.
